Backfield Butt Lift, or BBL, is glutes, hamstrings, quads and power! Band work will fire up those hard to hit areas and get your butt ready to lift big for muscle strength and definition. Body weight, plyometric and core drills round out the remainder of the class!

This total body training format will help you gain lean body mass and improve overall fitness. Hatha is designed to invoke stillness and stability through breath and focus. This accessible, more gentle form of yoga allows students to slow down and hold postures longer. Moving mindfully through poses, you will build lower body strength, a stronger foundation for balance, and overall increased flexibility.
