I became a personal trainer to have a positive impact on clients physical development and to pass on motivational insights that my mentors in sports did for me. I am focused on athletic training specifically in Lacrosse and Football and also want to help people, both athletes and non athletes achieve a healthy lifestyle so they can optimize their training results and have a stronger healthier quality life. My High School sports background consists of Football 1st Team All Area, 1st Team All Conference(2016), and Lacrosse 1st Team All Conference(2015/2016). Set a state powerlifting squat record my Junior year(2015). I've also coached youth camps for both football and lacrosse and I've done one-on one lacrosse training.
