My background in fitness started in middle/high school sports, playing Football, Wrestling and Track and Field. From there I joined the military spending 7 years in the United States Army as an Airborne Infantrymen. During that time, I became the physical readiness trainer for my company as well as a MAC-P Combatives level II coach. After my enlistment I studied and became a Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist, through NASM. I earned my Bachelor’s in Kinesiology through the University of Illinois at Chicago, where I also interned under the Strength and Conditioning staff. There I learned how to program for speed, strength and agility, as well as how to get the most out of each individual regardless of their goals. I specialize in performance enhancement, injury pre/rehab and strength programming.
