I was an athlete that stayed getting injured and the exercises that the doctors were having me do were not the proper exercises needed in order to rehab. My love for fitness grew after that because I wanted to tain in a way where I could not only return to sports but to return better, stronger, and more confident. I incoroprate alot of bodyweight exercises and resistance band training in my regimen and am a firm believer in "If you cannot lift your bodyweight, you should not be lifting heavy weights." My passion now is to help the next athlete or individual reach their desired goals by stressing the importance of stretching and strengthening the ligaments and tendons so the muscles can grow without any concern for injury when performing heavier movements.
